About the Role:

We’re looking for a Receptionist who is warm, organised, and great with people. You’ll be the first point of contact for families and clinicians, managing day-to-day admin and creating a smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key duties include:

Greeting clients and managing appointments

Handling phone and email enquiries

Processing payments and client billing

Maintaining accurate records and admin tasks

Supporting clinicians and helping keep the clinic running smoothly

What You’ll Need:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident using technology and learning new systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Friendly, proactive and team-focused mindset

Experience in allied health, medical or customer-facing admin roles (preferred but not essential)
