About the role

Bayside Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our friendly allied health clinic located in Mordialloc, Victoria. This is a part-time role (2 days per week including Thursdays and Fridays) that will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clinical staff and patients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and other clerical duties

Assisting with billing and invoicing

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Liaising with other members of the allied health team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a healthcare or allied health setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and friendly service to patients

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle competing priorities

Proficient in using computer systems and medical/practice management software (preferably cliniko)

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
