Are you an experienced Customer Service Officer looking for your next opportunity?

We’re recruiting for a casual temp role within a supportive and community-focused organisation based in Taree, starting immediately and running until 27 June 2025.

If you’ve worked in a call centre, medical practice, or busy reception environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer high volumes of inbound customer enquiries

Triage maintenance issues and complaints

Support walk-in clients with housing enquiries and applications

Maintain and update client data in Pathways, HOMES, and Greentree systems

Perform daily banking, document management, reporting, and filing

Assist with WHS compliance and support internal audits

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in call centres or fast-paced phone-based roles

3+ years in administrative or customer service positions

Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or equivalent)

Strong phone manner, multitasking, and professional communication skills

Confident with MS Office, email, and database systems

Community housing experience (highly regarded but not essential)
