The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in automotive administration teams to deliver timely and accurate information,

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful applicant will come with a growth mindset and deliver on:

Only applicants with Pentana / ERA and dealership experience will be considered.

You will support the Financial Controller in providing strong accounting support to the dealership’s admin team.

The role will have you contributing to our team by performing:

Deal Costing – New & Used Cars

Wholesale invoicing and deal costing for wholesaled units

Daily bank statement coding

Vendor reconciliation for specific key vendor accounts

Assisting with month end closing and financial reporting

Support for EOFY reporting and submissions

Daily payments upload and processing

Back up for vic roads tasks / compliance

Weekly payroll processing back-up

GL Reconciliations & associated journals

Financier payouts

Required Attributes, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

Previous experience - Accounts role in a retail automotive dealership environment

Flexible with a can-do attitude - Able to prioritise and meet deadline requirements

Strong IT skills

Reliability - Team player with strong work ethic and good attendance record
