Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Work Order Processing: Responsible for monitoring and handling abnormal status of packages, as well as managing and resolving customer complaints, and assisting the domestic customer service team to follow up on abnormal express shipments;
2. Leading the investigation and communication of claims: Conducting investigations into claims cases, communicating effectively with relevant parties, and submitting compensation bills;
3. Processing package freight credits: Reviewing and processing requests for freight reductions for packages;
4. Serving WeChat customers: Providing comprehensive WeChat online pre-sales and after-sales services for individual customers and monthly settlement customers, exploring business opportunities, and pushing them to business and operations departments to assist in solving customer needs;
5. Customer Service Public Mail Business Processing: Managing and processing business requests through the customer service public mail channel.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time diploma degree or above;
2. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing of Chinese and English, with good communication skills and business negotiation skills;
3. Have customer service related experience, with logistics or related industry background preferred;
4. Able to work independently, with a team spirit.
