Purpose Statement
The Sales Co-ordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Sales technical team through liaison with all prmarily end users. occupational therapists ad allied professionals , government and private funding bodies and suppliers.
Authority Levels:
- Maintain Vendor and client records
- Stock management
- Account payable and receivable
- Schedule service appointments
- Quote preparations
- Quickbooks essential (but can be trained)
- Understanding of Wheelchairs is essential ( but can be trained)
- Dealing with NDIS, Icare & TAC.
- Communicating with clients.
Nature and Scope:
To Facilitate an environment which encourage high performance and participate and contribute to activities to achieve business objectives.
Primary Responsibility
-Following up customer payments, purchase orders and invoicing matching.
- Ensure adequate inventory stocks an management
- Co -ordinate the involvement of Technical Sales personnel as required with suppliers, clients and third party Service providers
- follow up on quotes for customer and third party providers.
Principle accountabilities
- Maintenance of planning and scheduling timetable using Serviceman Software
- Invoicing and accounts receivable and monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Delivery and dispatch of products
- Compliance to business policies and procedures
