We have over a decade of experience, our Sales Director Jeffrey Li has been recognised as the #1 agent in the entire St Leonards area for the past consecutive 4 years and has been consistently achieving record pricing and huge sales volume.

We are looking for experienced Sales Support to join Jeffrey Li's dynamic and fast-paced team. Working within the market-leading team in St Leonards/Crows nest/ Chatswood areas, you will be responsible for sales support, lead generation and general team assistance. A Certificate of Registration is required and Saturday work is essential with a mid-week day off.

Your Areas Of Responsibility Include:

Conduct open homes on Saturdays (you must be available to work Saturdays) and private buyer inspections as required

Follow up OFI attendees

Social media marketing

Daily prospecting calls

Follow up weekly contact with buyers

Liaise with the Team Leader on a daily basis

Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and on a daily basis

Create appraisal opportunities

Liaise/negotiate with buyers and vendors

Co-ordinate and conduct pest and building inspections

Co-ordinate and conduct pre-settlement inspections

Data entry & Database management

Attend listing appointments where arranged with Lead Agent

Client care and buyer follow up

General office and administration support

To succeed in this role you'll have:
- Previous experience in Real Estate preferred but not essential, with ongoing training provided
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Be at team player with high energy
