The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. This role supports staff, manages office resources, maintains records, performs administrative tasks, and acts as a point of contact for internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions, including managing correspondence, filing systems, and supply inventory

Greet and assist all visitors and deliveries

Office security administration including management of security passes, ensuring office is secured when no one is present, liaising with offsite security

Maintain and order office supplies, liaise with various vendors and service providers

Oversee maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and facilities including liaising with office cleaners, maintenance partners and strata managers

Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff

Organisation of team and office events

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Support other departments with general administrative tasks.

Coordinate IT support as required with offsite IT partner and providers to assist with staff hardware supply

Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role

Diligent with excellent attention to detail and strong logical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Discretion with confidential information
