What You'll Do
This is a full-time customer support and internal coordination role. You’ll:
Be the first point of contact for all phone, email, and online enquiries
Triage enquiries and direct them to the appropriate SDS team (Sales, Service, Logistics, Technical, etc.)
Respond to customers with professionalism and warmth, ensuring expectations are managed clearly
Follow up to ensure resolutions are executed and nothing falls through the cracks
Monitor response time targets and ensure communications are prompt and on-brand
Support the Sales and Operations teams with admin tasks, scheduling, and service coordination
This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their entrepreneurial mindset, customer obsession, and strong communication skills to provide expert advice and build rapport with residential clients, builders, architects, and project managers.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or internal support role
A warm, clear, and professional communication style
A bubbly, upbeat, and team-first personality
Natural organisational skills and a love for follow-through
A team-first attitude—you love making others’ jobs easier and smoother
Resilience under pressure and ability to stay calm and helpful in busy moments
Curiosity about how things work: how our products are installed, built, and used
Tech confidence—comfortable using CRMs, shared inboxes, online forms, and internal systems
Willingness to go above and beyond—including helping teammates when things get messy.
Bonus: familiarity with the wellness, building, or logistics industries is a plus (but not required)
Construction knowledge isn’t required—but you should be eager to learn how a sauna is built, how materials differ (especially timber), and how to recommend the right fit for each client.

Fast, accurate follow-through: calls, quotes, invoices, service tickets
Data hygiene in the CRM
