The Opportunity:
An exciting and challenging role exists for a highly driven, success-motivated individual to lead their Rockhampton branch. This includes managing operations, service delivery, and staff performance, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to ensure the branch achieves or exceeds financial, business, and people objectives. Managing and developing staff and providing a safe place of work is paramount, as is your ability to foster client relationships to maximise returns.

Location: Rockhampton, QLD 4700

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Manage the branch's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Team Development: Lead and develop a diverse team including supervisors and technicians, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Client Growth - Drive growth across the branch, get out on the "coal face" connect with customers and lead from the front to transform branch success.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven experience as a manager within the fire protection or other building services industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with a sales growth focus
• Excellent leadership and team development skills. STRONG Technical understanding
• Ability to manage client priorities and deliver results.
• A minimum of five (5) years management experience with significant operational, sales and people management exposure.
• Ability to work both strategically and tactically as required.
• Relevant QBCC licensing preferred.
