This boutique insurance repair builder are excited to be branching out interstate and establishing themselves in Queensland, with Brisbane as their base.

This role is for you, if you're an ambitious self-starter, looking to make your mark growing this QLD team from scratch, with full backing from the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, you will be establishing the Queensland division of this insurance repair builder, starting off their Brisbane based office, with full support from the company interstate.

You will be the first person on the ground in Brisbane, responsible for selecting an office, growing your team, and managing QLD based clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Starting salary $150,000 - $185,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle provided (dependent on experience). A bonus scheme will be implemented after 3 months.

ABOUT YOU

Strong understanding and experience within the insurance building space - ideally within both operations and leadership AND supervising, estimating and assessing.

Strong understanding of strategy and business - history in revenue growth and cost control

Local to Brisbane, and able to call on own network of trades, clients and industry connections where necessary.

Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction or higher qualification highly advantageous.

Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.

Current drivers license.

Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
