Our client has a strong reputation with their clients and subcontractor base with a diverse portfolio delivering large new build and refurbishment developments across the Industrial and Commercial sectors. They are currently pursuing a Project Manager to join their well established team.

Key Role responsibilities;

• Managing the overall success of your project and performance of your project team
• Support in the coordination and execution of Industrial warehouse projects, ensuring adherence to time lines and quality standards.
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• Client and stakeholder engagement

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects for the head contractor on new build industrial projects.
• Experience with and confidence in collaboratively working with your Site Manager to manage large site teams.
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
