What you’ll be doing:

• Lead Two High End Showrooms under one roof, managing the operations and performance of our flagship locations, bringing consistency, creativity, and care to both sites.
• Drive strong commercial outcomes through team coaching, client engagement, and a passion for premium product.
• Inspire and develop a team of style savvy sales consultants. Build a culture where collaboration, accountability, and a love for beautiful things thrive.
• Elevate every customer journey with a concierge level approach, building lasting relationships with the clientele and design-minded community.
• Analyse KPIs, manage visual merchandising, stock and reporting with a keen eye for detail and a flair for premium retail.
