The Role

As our esteemed Practice Manager, your role extends beyond daily operations to encompass the future development and expansion of the practice through strategic planning and decision-making. You serve as a pivotal link within the practice, spearheading team leadership, nurturing our culture and ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing clear direction, inspiration, and motivation to the team

Formulating and executing practice planning, marketing initiatives and events

Coordinating and assessing all aspects of the practice to drive improvements

Cultivating and fostering strong relationships with referring practitioners within the medical/dental community

Ensuring compliance with HR best practices, risk management, and WHS

Financial management and reporting

Supporting the Director in achieving practice goals and objectives

To excel in this position, you should possess:

Previous experience as a Business Manager/Practice Manager in a medical/ dental practice or health setting

An understanding of operational functions within a health practice and the pivotal role of a Practice Manager in ensuring seamless daily operations

Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Up-hold strong work ethics and unwavering integrity

A zest for driving growth and innovation

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving acumen and adaptability to evolving circumstances

Dedication to continuous professional growth and staying abreast of industry regulations
