Cruizin Diner operates 4 locations in Southern NSW that are each Ampol service stations with attached food venues. The flagship location, Cruizin Diner* in Deniliquin, is a 1950s American inspried Diner that complements The Depot Historic Collection museum next door, and is part of the Purtill Group of companies, a dynamic organisation with a diverse range of business activities and opportunities.

The Role:
As the senior operational leader of the business you will support the managers and staff of all 4 locations to drive excellence in quality of customer experience, product offering, and presentation of site; and implement projects and strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Team management and leadership, hiring, and discipline

Deliver excellent customer experience and site presentation standards across the network

Retail merchandising, pricing and promotion to drive growth in units sold and sales value

Drive operational efficiency

Effective stock control, manage supplier relationships and purchasing opportunities

Compliance with company and external standards and requirements

Personal Attributes:

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead staff

Highly organized with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Customer and outcome-focused with a positive attitude

Experience in hospitality or retail businesses highly desirable

Hours and Compensation:

Full-time Monday to Friday during typical business hours, with some flexibility

Occasional out of hours contact may be involved

Base salary range approx. $80,000-85,000p.a. plus superannuation, depending on the skills and experience of the candidate
