About the role

APW Finance Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team in Bella Vista, NSW. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a key role in helping our clients secure the best home loan solutions to suit their individual needs. What you'll be doing

Consulting with clients to understand their financial goals and borrowing requirements

Developing relationship with referral partners- Accountants/ Financials Planners/ Real Estate Agents etc

Researching and comparing a wide range of mortgage products from our panel of lenders

Preparing loan applications and supporting documentation

Liaising with lenders and other stakeholders throughout the loan application process

Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients

Identifying cross-sell opportunities for other financial services

Maintaining compliance requirements per ASIC, APRA, Lender and Aggregrator requirement

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar sales role within the banking/finance industry

Strong customer service and client relationship management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using mortgage broking software and CRM systems

Sound knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies and regulations

A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously

Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking)
