Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia while providing comprehensive support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients, assessing their financial situations to recommend suitable home loan products.

Manage the end-to-end home loan process, from initial consultation to settlement.

Self-generate leads and effectively manage leads provided through our platform.

Maintain and nurture client relationships, offering ongoing support and advice.

Stay updated with the latest market trends, lender policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a related banking/finance role.

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).

Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage market and lending products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment effectively.
