Your Role
As a Mortgage Broker at Rhombus Finance Choice your core responsibilities will be;
- Relationship - Building a referral program with Rhombus Advisers is crucial to the success of Rhombus Finance Choice. You will draw from your previous experience in building relationships with referrers to successfully implement a results driven referral program, providing a wholistic solution to client needs.
- Technical skills – Analyse client financial situations, including income and credit history and research lending solutions to provide tailored mortgage solutions to meet the individual needs of the client
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up with industry changes, lending options, and interest rates to provide informed recommendations.
- Guide Documentation – Together with the Mortgage Broker Associate assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documents while ensuring compliance.
- Customer Retention – work with existing client base, repricing and completing home loan health checks for existing clients.
About You
We’re looking for a driven professional with:
- Strong Relationship-Building Skills – Trust comes naturally to you, and you can manage multiple clients while delivering personalised service.
- Clear & Confident Communication – You thrive both independently and as part of a team, expressing ideas with clarity.
- Lending Industry Experience – You have at least three years in mortgage broking, banking, credit analysis, or a similar field.
- A Passion for Property Investment – You stay ahead of market trends and take a strategic approach to mortgage solutions.
- Relevant Licensing & Tech Skills – You hold a Mortgage Broker License and are proficient in CRM systems and mortgage processing tools.
- Relevant industry and technical skills - you currently hold or can obtain Membership of the MFAA and a passion for ongoing self-development.
- A Results-Driven Mindset – You’re goal-oriented, consistently exceeding targets and making a real impact on clients' financial futures.
