About the role

Innovative Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team in Caringbah, NSW. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams through tailored financial solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and be a part of a thriving mortgage brokerage.

What you'll be doing

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their unique financial needs and goals

Research and analyse a wide range of mortgage products to identify the most suitable options for each customer

Guide customers through the application process, providing support and advice at every stage

Negotiate with lenders on behalf of customers to secure the best possible loan terms

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, industry regulations and compliance requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and other industry stakeholders

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Innovative Home Loans' business

What we're looking for

Experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar role within the banking/financial services industry is preferred

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals
