We’re on the lookout for a Mortgage Broker to join our growing Lumos Lending team—a small crew of lending specialists who support clients through every step of their financial journey. This is an opportunity to work closely with our advisory and accounting teams and be part of something that feels more like a collective than a company.

About the Role
You’ll work directly with clients to help them secure loans that suit their goals—whether it’s their first home, an investment, or business lending. This is an end-to-end role, so you’ll manage the full application process, from the first hello to settlement and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

Guiding clients through the lending process with care, clarity, and confidence

Handling all end-to-end application admin—yes, the details matter

Liaising with banks, lenders, and referral partners

Working closely with our in-house advisory and accounting teams

Staying across the latest lending policies, interest rates, and market movements

What We’re Looking For

A qualified and accredited Mortgage Broker with a Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A warm, trustworthy communicator who can break down the complex

Comfortable working independently while being part of a close-knit team

Willing to be hands-on with all aspects of the role—no passing off the paperwork here

Where You’ll Work
This role is open to candidates based in Ballina, Murwillumbah or Toowoomba—you’ll work from one of our beautiful regional offices and collaborate with our wider Lumos team.
