What you’ll be doing: • Building and managing a loan pipeline across both PAYG and self-employed scenarios. • Representing the brand at open homes and client events. • Collaborating with the in-house marketing team to develop campaign ideas and execute them. • Meeting targets while delivering five-star client service. What you bring: • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred). • Proven track record in residential lending, ideally with a background in a major bank. • Experience across PAYG, investment loans and exposure to self-employed clients. • A proactive, ‘hunter’ mindset – you don’t wait for leads, you create them. • Emotional intelligence, high adaptability, and top-tier communication skills.
