Due to strong business growth, we’re seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team and help expand our reach across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and in-person visits. You’ll build strong relationships with businesses, builders, interior designers, and other trade professionals to offer our premium flooring supply and installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls and face-to-face meetings to develop new client relationships

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors

Follow up sales calls and visits to close business

Maintain accurate sales records and customer contact information

Represent the company professionally and uphold our values of quality and integrity

About You:

Proven sales experience (preferably in B2B or trade industries)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales

Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently

Knowledge of the construction or flooring industry is a plus, but not essential
