Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Fleet Manager to be a key leader within the Operational teams. This full-time, office-based permanent role demands a keen eye for detail, stellar interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to excel autonomously in a fast-paced team setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive Success: Achieve period and year-to-date forecasting figures to streamline profitability throughout the state.

Lead with Impact: Inspire and guide a team of Recruitment and Compliance professionals to new heights.

Sub-Contractor Management: Recruit and retain subcontractors while maintaining a balance with operational performance.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture subcontractor partnerships.

Team & Cross Functional Collaboration: Work cohesively with your team to achieve collective goals and tasks.

Developing and implementing Marketing Strategy: Align with business objectives.

Role Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role/people management.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

Essential: Valid driver’s license.
