Who are we?

Located in the heart of Port Lincoln, Beer Garden Brewing has been crafting unique beers and creating memorable experiences for over 6 years. We’re all about sustainability, quality, and keeping it fun. With a strong commitment to our people and our customers, we’re looking for a Venue Supervisor who shares our passion for hospitality and leadership. We recently became part of the Alice Springs Brewing Co family which opens up a large amount of opportunity and support for our team including a potential overseas trip for high performers.

The Role

As Head Chef / Kitchen Manager you will:

Menu Collaboration: Work in tandem with management to develop and refine our menu, bringing your unique perspective and expertise.

Functions: Design & implement function menus that can be delivered efficiently and too a high standard.

Kitchen Management: Oversight of all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in every dish.

Team Coordination: Lead team management, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Quality Control: Uphold high standards in food preparation and presentation, contributing to our reputation for culinary excellence.

Saftey: Drive and contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and your team mates.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven culinary experience, ideally in a leadership or second chef role.

A passion for collaborative cooking and menu development.

Strong organisational and management skills, with a focus on team leadership and kitchen efficiency.

A commitment to quality, creativity, and continuous improvement in the culinary arts.
