We’re excited to be recruiting for a unique and highly rewarding Office Assistant position within a boutique Sydney law firm based in Chatswood. Offering a blend of reception, office coordination and exposure to executive support, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-facing role and is looking to step into broader office responsibilities.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll take ownership of the front-of-house function while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a key role with variety, autonomy and plenty of scope for development.
You’ll be involved in everything from:

  • Welcoming clients and managing a busy phone line
  • Providing hands-on support to partners
  • Organising internal events, monthly CPDs and social functions
  • Overseeing office processes and coordinating suppliers across three locations
  • Assisting in firm-wide projects like IT upgrades, branding initiatives, and internal communications

What We’re Looking For:
This role will suit someone emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and proactive - always a few steps ahead when it comes to anticipating the needs of others.
Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven experience in an admin or office support role (legal or medical highly regarded)
  • Highly competent across the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and juggle competing priorities
  • Warm, polished and confident phone manner with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and tech-savviness
