Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will be integral to our financial success, managing not only strategic financial planning but also getting your hands dirty with day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and other general finance duties while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to support business decisions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Analyse financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in a finance management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with financial processes, including AP, AR, and payroll.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in financial software.
