Join our Federal Government client in delivering a large-scale Electronic Access Control System (EACS) upgrade with national significance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project through all five key phases: Initiation, Design, Delivery, Handover/Takeover (HOTO), and Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Liaise closely with stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risk, and deliver outcomes.
• Manage contractor engagement, documentation reviews, procurement, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor compliance with WHS, DDA, NCC and government-mandated security standards.
• Review architectural and engineering documentation, ensuring alignment with protective security objectives.
• Coordinate governance reporting, stakeholder communications, and change control.
• Conduct site visits and ensure “as built” documentation reflects actual build specifications.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong project management experience in security infrastructure and physical construction projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of the PSPF and SCEC standards.
• Proven experience managing procurement and contract administration for complex projects.
• Familiarity with Gallagher Security Solution EACS highly desirable.
• Ability to analyse and validate architectural designs for compliance with government security requirements.
• Confident communicator and negotiator, capable of working with senior stakeholders and technical consultants.
• Experience drafting Statements of Work, reviewing deliverables, and managing project closure.
• Willingness to undertake site visits across multiple locations if required.
