Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Change and Training Specialist – SuccessFactors (SAP ERP)
This is a long-term contract role for an initial duration of 2 months with a potential extension term of 36 months, located at our client’s location in Greenway, ACT with hybrid working arrangements.
As the selected candidate, you will:
• Provide change management services to support the successful implementation of the SA ERP project
• Engage stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and address concerns throughout the change process
• Design a structured and tailored training program for agency staff on SuccessFactors modules
• Deliver hands-on training sessions for key users, including administrators, and provide supporting materials for ongoing reference
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to enable internal staff to manage change and training independently
• Develop tailored learning, change, and communication plans aligned to the agency’s SuccessFactors configuration and future ERP upgrades
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Demonstrated experience in change management within large ERP or HRIS transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage expectations and build consensus
• Experience in developing and delivering end-user training programs for SuccessFactors or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to support training and change deliverables
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and build internal capability
It is desirable if you have:
• Experience working in Federal Government or large-scale public sector environments
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning module
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
