As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator who embodies our values and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll manage bookings, provide delivery updates, and ensure smooth coordination between our transport and warehouse teams. Your proactive communication will play a key role in our promise of reliability and transparency.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing booking requests through transport management systems (Freight Tracker)

Providing accurate updates on container deliveries and ETAs

Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism

Coordinating job details with operations and warehouse teams

Logging incidents and timeslots in HubFleet and Vehicle Booking System (VBS)

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset and willingness to grow.

Ideally, you’ll have:

1–2 years of experience in a transport, logistics, or customer service role (preferred but not essential)

A valid driver's licence and access to a car (required)

Confidence using transport or freight management systems

A professional and approachable communication style – both written and verbal

Strong multitasking and organisational skills in a fast-moving environment

A team mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
