What You’ll Be Doing

• Set the Standard for Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Lead with Purpose: Guide and support team members, recognising individual strengths and helping them grow.
• Collaborate to Innovate: Partner with senior managers to continuously improve our tech stack—CRM, ERP, telephony, and support tools.
• Build Better Processes: Identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
• Shape a Strong Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive workplace where people feel valued and empowered.
• Refine Systems and Procedures: Keep internal policies and workflows up to date, practical, and easy to follow.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across the business
