Join a highly regarded building products supplier, recognised for project excellence and innovation. This key position leads a tight-knit customer service team of five, including project coordinators and estimators, ensuring smooth delivery from order through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of five (estimators and project coordinators).

Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and associated documentation.

Maintain accurate project data within Excel and SAP.

Act as the central hub between sales, logistics and onsite installation crews.

Handle and resolve escalated customer enquiries promptly.

Foster strong internal relationships, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

About you:

Proven leadership experience within customer service, ideally from a project-based environment.

Comfortable managing and coordinating data across Excel and SAP.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at dealing with internal teams and customers alike.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
