Global Customer Success Manager
Location: Tuggerah, Central Coast HQ/ (Hybrid for the right Applicant)
Reports to: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-time
The Role
This is your chance to build something from the ground up.
We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious customer support specialist ready to
take the next step, own the department, lead the function, and create the
service experience you’ve always dreamed of running.
You’ll design and implement a new global service ticketing system, lead a
small international team (1–3 staff), and embed world-class care into
every touchpoint across the customer journey.
This role isn’t just operational, it’s cultural. You’ll sit at the centre of our
Care value, bringing it to life every day in how we support our customers,
solve problems, and represent our brand. If you believe customer service

Your Mission
Create a new global service ticketing system—plan it, build it, own
it
Lead the Customer Success function across all markets (AU, US, UK,
NZ)
Manage 1–3 team members and drive consistent performance
Implement smart tools, clear workflows, and intuitive
documentation
Operate and improve the process—always seeking a better way
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to close the loop
Represent the voice of the customer, pre and post-sale

What You Bring
3+ years in customer support, success, or helpdesk roles
Experience using or managing ticketing systems (Zendesk, Gorgias,
HubSpot Service etc.)
Solid working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
A builder’s mindset, you want to shape systems, not just run them
High EQ and strong written communication
Leadership potential, whether you’ve had a team before or you’re
ready for one now
