As a respected physio/podiatry practice, with a highly experienced admin team already in place, we're looking for someone special to join us in this new role.
What You’ll Actually Do
Partner with our owners - plan and implement strategic goals.
Be our systems whisperer - shape how we work with tech or clever processes.
Chase opportunities - spot potential revenue streams and turn promising ideas into new business.
Keep the clinic humming - bookings, billing, rosters, reporting - while keeping an eye on the numbers to make sure we're using our resources wisely and staying financially healthy.
Be the go-to for the team - a steady hand, a sounding board, a fixer of stuck things.
Build great vibes - for patients, clinicians, and our admin crew.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
Have wrangled operations in healthcare, small business, or busy service environments (physio, GP, podiatry, NDIS experience is gold, but strong admin background gets you in the door).
Thrive in small teams where your ideas actually happen (not die in meetings).
Can switch between big-picture strategy and fixing the printer without missing a beat - all before lunch.
Not wedded to "how it’s always been done" and know your way around systems (bonus points for Halaxy).
Have wrestled with government paperwork or compliance requirements lived to tell the tale (Medicare/NDIS experience is a huge plus, but we can teach the specifics).
Are organised, a bit entrepreneurial, human, and a little fun.

The Fine Print
Location: Ballarat
Hours: Flexible part-time approx 24 hours a week (negotiable)
Reports to: Clinic owners (Simon & Shannyn - friendly, hands-on, non-micromanagey)
Salary: Above award
