Our team of experienced physicians and support staff delivers personalized services in a modern, supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our medical practice.
Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the practice. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, experience in healthcare management, and a deep understanding of OB/GYN practice workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective workflow
Organising, co-ordinating, managing theatre lists and liaising with theatre administrative staff.
Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff
Oversee scheduling, billing, coding, and patient communications
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency
Handle budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting
Coordinate with providers to ensure optimal patient care and staff performance
Oversee the maintenance of medical records and privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
Manage vendor relationships and supplies procurement
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare administrative role (OB/GYN experience strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
Strong understanding of medical office billing systems and EMR software
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
