We're looking for a Change Manager to lead and embed transformational change across programs, projects, and business operations.
About the Role
As a Change Manager, you'll take ownership of the planning, delivery, and sustainability of change initiatives across a variety of contexts, from agile release trains and large-scale programs to operational transformations. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure change initiatives are well-supported, aligned with strategic goals, and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will be instrumental in creating key change management artefacts, developing tailored communication and engagement plans, and supporting stakeholders through transition. You'll also monitor adoption and readiness, manage change-related risks, and help embed lasting change within the business.
- This is a twelve-month fixed term contract with the view to extend
Sydney CBD location - 50% in the office
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to secure sponsorship and advocacy for initiatives
- Produce and maintain core change artefacts (e.g., Impact Assessments, Change Plans, Communications)
- Identify and manage risks associated with change delivery
- Communicate change milestones clearly across leadership and impacted teams
- Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and engagement metrics
- Support governance processes and ensure compliance with change management standards
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering change in project, agile, or operational settings
- A strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Prosci, SAFe)
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline to executive level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align change initiatives to broader business goals
- Strong analytical skills for measuring adoption and identifying areas of improvement
- Familiarity with organisational design and development principles is a plus
- Certification in Change Management is highly regarded
