A reputable and growing Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong portfolio of land development, infrastructure, and roadwork projects across NSW is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of key bulk earthworks packages.

The Role:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure projects

Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Oversee financial performance, cost control, program management, and client reporting

Drive HSEQ compliance and ensure adherence to company systems and industry standards

Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships on-site and during delivery

Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management across the delivery team

About You:

Proven experience delivering bulk earthworks and subdivision/land development projects

Minimum 5-8 years' project management experience within civil contracting

Confident in contract administration, programming, cost control, and risk management

Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

White Card and driver's licence essential
