Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery of platform implementations (both hands-on delivery management and delegation to delivery team members) and
• Contributing to the delivery practices

• Delivery Manager

• Accountability for close positive client relationships to work through challengers and see organically opportunities for further implementations

• Client Relationship

• Manage project team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Management also includes the wellbeing, mentoring and performance monitoring of project team members

Essential experience:

• 5+ years of end-to-end software implementation Project Management
• MUST HAVE Client Facing Software Vendor, Consulting or System Integrator
• Both Agile and Waterfall projects
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

Desirable experience:

• General Insurance
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or Scrum Master
