About the Company:

We’re working with a well-established, Australian-founded SaaS company that’s been innovating in the workflow automation space for over seven years. With a global footprint of around 50 employees and a strong engineering and product presence in Sydney and Southeast Asia, this company builds cutting-edge, no-code automation solutions specifically tailored for in-house legal teams at major enterprise clients.

Their platform enables legal departments at some of the world’s biggest brands to automate complex workflows, manage legal requests, and integrate AI-driven conversational interfaces across multiple channels (think Slack, email, intranet, and more). The business is scaling rapidly in the US market and is investing heavily in the next generation of AI-powered legal service tools.

The Opportunity:

We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager to take the reins on the company’s flagship Workflow Automation product. This is a pivotal, high-impact role: the product you’ll own is responsible for the lion’s share of company revenue and is at the heart of their customer value proposition.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, vision-driven product team, working alongside talented engineers, designers, and other PMs. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment, enjoys technical complexity, and is passionate about re-imagining how legal services are delivered in the enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Workflow Automation platform, from strategy and vision through to execution and delivery.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define and drive the product roadmap.

  • Tackle product, design, and technical debt to ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and easy to use.

  • Deeply understand the needs of in-house legal teams at large enterprises, and translate those into product features and improvements.

  • Engage regularly with US-based stakeholders and customers—some flexibility for meetings outside standard hours is required.

  • Define, track, and report on key product KPIs, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer adoption.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor offerings in legal tech and workflow automation.

Who You Are Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years in product management, within SaaS, startups, or scale-ups.

  • Strong experience with workflow automation or no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Tonkean).

  • Technically savvy—comfortable with complex products and technical trade-offs.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS; legal tech or legal operations experience highly valued.

  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment; adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally in a global, hybrid team.

  • Genuine interest in AI and its application to workflow automation and legal services.

  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to connect with US-based teams and clients.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the legal domain or with legal workflow products.

  • Exposure to AI product development or integration.

  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Why Apply?

  • Join a fast-growing, innovative SaaS business at a pivotal stage of its journey.

  • Work on a product that’s mission-critical for global enterprise clients.

  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious product team.

  • Competitive salary, hybrid work, and a strong focus on culture and professional growth.
