Lead Critical Civil Works Across SA Energy Infrastructure Projects

A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager or Civil Supervisor to deliver major civil scopes across substation, high-voltage, and renewable energy projects throughout South Australia.

Based in Adelaide's north, this role will see you working across regional and metro locations, supporting the safe and successful delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects that are shaping the state's future.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day or high-level project civil construction activities

Lead and coordinate work crews and subcontractors

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources

Drive high standards in safety, quality, and site performance

Interpret and execute works from detailed civil and electrical drawings

Maintain accurate reporting and ensure contractual compliance

Build strong relationships across site teams and client stakeholders

What You'll Bring

Extensive experience delivering major civil works in infrastructure or energy projects

Background in substation, HV installation, or renewables highly regarded

Proven leadership skills - able to drive performance and safety on-site

Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities

Ability to manage subcontractors and external delivery partners

Sound understanding of D&C contract models (preferred)

Civil trade qualifications and/or degree in Civil Engineering (desirable)

Willingness to work away from home for up to 60-80% of the year
