Ensure effective site-level management of subcontractors, including reconciliations of timesheets, orders, and progress claims.

Lead general construction management activities including scope, program, cost tracking, and change management.

Ensure all project reporting and progress measurement is completed accurately and on time.

Oversee project delivery and team performance.

Approve and oversee implementation of safe work procedures, risk assessments, and controls.

Review and implement project-specific plans for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Review and approve work method statements, inspection and test plans, and QA records.

Manage completion and commissioning activities across project sites.

Contribute to business development and conversion of new opportunities.

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years' experience in mining/infrastructure/industrial construction.

Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and incident management.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Diploma in Project Management or high-level of experience/qualification in a relevant trade.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping).

Flexibility to manage a diverse portfolio of projects from small upgrades to major greenfield/brownfield works.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively.

Calm, professional and approachable with a strong work ethic.

High attention to detail and strong presentation skills.

Presentable, organised, and committed to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.

Open-minded, respectful, and adaptable when working with diverse teams and clients.
