The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex civil construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage project teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Implement and uphold rigorous safety and quality control measures across all project phases.
• Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues as they arise.

You are a seasoned civil construction professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Your leadership skills, coupled with your technical expertise, enable you to drive projects to successful completion while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at navigating the complexities of large, multifaceted projects. You will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects valued over $10 million.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
