The Role:
We are looking for a skilled administrator to join our Admin Team.
This is a full time position based in Archerfield, moving to a brand new facility in Berrinba in August.
In this role you will be supporting service teams across Australia.
Tasks include:
Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating databases and record- keeping systems.
Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer invoices and other financial records.
Communicating with varied teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Preparing warranty claims for multiple OEMs
Complete regular reporting and work with various software packages
Assist the Accounts Team where required
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Ability to deal with multiple departments in an efficient and professional manner
Previous experience in construction or warranty admin is an advantage
