About the role
Join our dynamic team at Titanium Caravans' as a full-time Service Centre Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring the smooth running of our service centre in Narangba, Queensland. Your exceptional administrative skills and customer service orientation will be instrumental in supporting our valued caravan owners.
What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding administrative support to the service centre, including managing customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records
Greeting Customers, Checking in vans and Handing over vans at Service completion
Managing Service Centre Calendar
Maintaining inventory and stock levels, and ordering parts and supplies as required
Taking calls
Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or caravan industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
Strong Computer skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
