About the Role
The Corporate Services Administrator plays a critical role within the Corporate Services team in ensuring the efficient delivery of services across multiple companies and functions.
The Corporate Services Administrator undertakes a broad range of client-facing and administrative activities including, but not limited to,
human resource administrative processes such as staff onboarding/offboarding and related IT/systems user support in an administration function for new starters;
insurance and property management activities;
website content and business system user access;
workplace and staff events, anniversaries and reward & recognition tasks;
board meeting documentation and scheduling;
uniforms, office equipment and supplies;
inbox management and actions;
document and create policies & procedures to aid business growth and business knowledge retention.
Whilst the role is diverse, the successful candidate will have a naturally curious mindset with a passion for efficiency, service improvements and exceeding expectations, through active engagement with stakeholders, clients and staff.
About You (Qualifications, Experience, Competencies)
Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including the ability to engage, influence and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
5+ years' experience in corporate administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well-developed negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and possess a track record in identifying and implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.
High-level proficiency in a range of computer-based applications including Office 365.
Proven ability to coach, develop and share knowledge with others.
Self-starter with initiative to work both independently and as part of a team with a commitment to working respectfully with individuals.
