We’re on the hunt for a switched-on and proactive Operations and Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Focus Machinery. This role is all about getting things done — urgently and accurately.
You'll be the go-to for all parts purchasing, inventory management, supplier follow-up, and operational admin support across the business.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Requesting quotes and confirming part availability from suppliers
Raising purchase orders and receipting items into stock
Following up subcontractors for job reports and invoice paperwork
Assisting with customer damage quotes and internal job documentation
Supporting workshop, coordination and yard teams with admin and tracking
🧠 Who You Are
You move fast, chase things up, and don’t let the ball drop
You’re detail-focused and organised with strong follow-through
You can communicate clearly — across teams and with suppliers
You’ve got a natural sense of ownership and accountability
✅ Your Background
Admin, procurement, or coordination experience (related to earthmoving equipment is ideal)
Confident using technology
Proven experience juggling priorities and keeping on top of moving parts
Comfortable chasing suppliers and subcontractors when needed
