The Role:
You’ll step in as the Finishes Foreman on a 7-storey apartment development in Southport, currently heading towards finishes stage. Once complete, you’ll transition onto a 15-storey multi-residential tower in Surfers Paradise, where you’ll also be involved in the structural phase of the build.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll work closely with a capable site team to ensure quality finishes, tight program management, and coordination of trades on site. The projects are architecturally driven and detail-focused, so an eye for quality and experience managing high-end finishes will be key.

• Strong background in finishes, ideally on multi-residential projects
• Structures experience ideal
• Comfortable working on mid-rise to high-rise builds
• Collaborative and quality-focused with great trade coordination skills
