Your new role

An experienced foreman is needed to join their construction management team, on a $30M+ unit development. This is a medium rise project and a General Foreman role, overseeing Structures and then Finishers, with a full site team, under a competent Site Manager. You will be joining at the early stages of the project, assisting with the structure in what will predominantly be a Monday to Friday role.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for a proven Foreman who has already cut their teeth in commercial construction on Medium Rise Unit Developments. Experience in Structures, or Finishes, both or either. All are encouraged to apply. A QBCC Site Supervisors licence would be great but is not essential, while an ability to communicate effectively and lead from the front are. This is a Sunshine Coast based requiring a local or someone relocating here. Candidates from overseas will not be considered.
