Our client is a well-established construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering major projects across multiple sectors along Australia's East Coast. Supported by a highly skilled and well-resourced team, they are now seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join them on an exciting $40 million apartment new-build project. This two-year development, located on Brisbane's North Side, offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a landmark build with a respected industry leader.

The Role

• Structures Foreman on $40m apartment development - 2 year project
• Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
• Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
• Excellent build knowledge and people management
• We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
• A track record of experience in delivering apartments north of $30m in a supervisor role required
• Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
