This newly created position of Department Head - Commercial Property Management, will oversee a staff of 4 in property management and be involved in strategic planning and growth, including assisting with business development.

The role will oversee a small and very clean portfolio. Made up of industrial, retail and small office, the portfolio is has been very well looked after with strong support from the team.

The general office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and a car park is provided.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Commercial Property Management background with exemplary written and verbal communication skills as well as strong negotiation and organisational skills. A strong head for Accounts and management, as well as a genuine interest in strategic growth and a long term opportunity.
