Crown Property Services are seeking a driven and peoples-focused Operations and Head of Safety & Compliance Manager to join us on a full-time basis, managing the service delivery and customer experience, focusing on client retention, profitability, and efficient resource management. You will balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategy, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and environmental factors across our Commercial Cleaning partners.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cleaning operations and safety professional to make their mark in a growing business.
The role will focus on supporting existing client partners and cleaning teams to deliver our exceptional service delivery promise.
Key responsibilities:
Lead exceptional service delivery with a 95-97% client retention rate.
Grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for added value.
Develop strategic key account plans to grow business.
Analyse portfolio performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
Participate in tender presentations and onboarding of new clients.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards across sites.
Lead staff to meet performance targets and ensure machinery and equipment are maintained.
Develop strong safety, ensure HSEQ compliance throughout.
Hours of work may include some weekend, early morning or night shifts and interstate travel.
ABOUT YOU
You thrive in finding new ways to continuously improve systems, people, and processes to increase overall Quality, Safety, Performance and Engagement of employees and contractors.
To be successful you will:
Have proven experience in Commercial Cleaning Operations or Facilities management. Formal qualification in HSEQ qualification and cleaning operations is highly desirable.
Full understanding of Integrated Management System (IMS)
Strong interpersonal - able to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
You don't shy away from making critical decisions and you have demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High level computer skills, including Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Hold a valid driver's license, can obtain a police check and WWC check.
